Roland Ponchot

Age 82 passed away August 23, 2014 at The Meadows of Forest Park. He was born December 21, 1932 in Locus Corner, OH the son of Wilbur and Martha (Estell) Ponchot. Roland was a US Air Force Veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict. On June 15, 1956 he married Alison McComb.
He is survived by his wife, Alison Ponchot; sons, Dana Ponchot, Richard (Jeanetta), Douglas (Tammy) Ponchot; grandchildren, Tyler (Stacey), Jenna (Mike) Bush, Brandon, Brayden, Corey, Tyler, Geneva, Jarrod (Kristen), Erica, Byron (Erin), Evie (Matt) Reed; great-grandchildren, Jackson, Ryder, Mason, Noah, Ava Rose, Luke, Aria, Ava, Charlotte and Elise; and sisters, Martha Stevens and Evelyn Williams. Roland was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Ruth Hill, Ellen Light, and Eugene, Paul and Bill Ponchot.
Visitation will be 10 am until – time of service (11 am), Thursday, August 28 at the West Chester Church of the Nazarene, 7951 Tylersville Rd., West Chester with Rev. Bob Mahaffey officiating.
