Rolland Caudill

Rolland Caudill, 84, was called to his eternal resting place on January 29, 2018. He entered this world on October 13, 1933 in Hazard, KY, born to Archie and Gladys Caudill. On March 25,1982 he married Shirley Caudill of Winfield, TN. They were married 33 years when she passed away in August 11 of 2015. Rolland is survived by his daughters and their husbands Maria and Bobby Dill, Annette and Monty Hagenschneider, Margie and Randy Hajer, Ginger and Art Link; sons and wives Jeff and Patty Brooks; Sonny and Sue Caudill; Johnny Caudill; sister and husband Bernice and Stan McClain; brothers and their wives Archie and Reva Caudill; Bobby and Lisa Caudill, Carter Caudill and Nina Walters; sister-in-law Phyllis Terry; brothers-in-law and their wives William and Anna Murphy, Dwight and Lois Murphy, Ralph and Pat Murphy, Lonnie and Sue Murphy, Jack and Mallie Murphy, Fred Murphy; grandchildren Evan Brooks, Dawn Golden, Richard “Dale” Kearney, Josh Dill, Amanda Dill, Jennifer Gabbard, Jamie Bowling, Richie Hajer, John Michael Walsh, A.J. Link, Natalie Link, Edna Pritchard, Andrea Bullock, William Caudill and Laura Caudill; as well as 17 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Rolland was a member of the Church of Christ and was a lifelong Mason. He was employed by General Electric for 15 years as a laborer and foreman. He was instrumental in establishing and serving as President of 4 C's Welding Lab. Rolland loved to travel. He and his wife Shirley traveled the nation on their motorcycles and RV. But above all of this, his family was his main stay.

A memorial service will be held on January 31, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Northwest Church of Christ, 6355 38th Ave. North St. Petersburg, FL 33710.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm with funeral service at 1:00 pm at the Laurel Avenue Church of Christ, 1049 Laurel Avenue, Hamilton, OH 45015.
