DEATON
Rosenda C., age 68, died on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at Mercy Hospital Fairfield. She was born in the Philippines on March 1, 1943. On August 10, 1983, she married Michael Deaton in Hamilton, Ohio. Rose was a courageous person who loved life, especially playing Bingo and going on fun trips to the Hollywood casino. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her grandchildren; Courtney Piatt, Gabriel Rowland, Brooke Rowland, Kyla Rowland, Logan Deaton, Loren Deaton and Rian Deaton (on the way).
She is survived by her loving husband; Mike Deaton of Fairfield, OH; one daughter Jennifer (Tracy) Rowland; stepson Richard (Carrie) Deaton; father in law, Harry Deaton; sister in law Melanie Simpson; brother in law Mark "Bo" Deaton; and niece, Maggie Simpson, all of Fairfield, OH. She is also survived by many other loving friends and family both locally and in the Philippines. She was preceded in death by her parents Lucio Cenon and Veronica Odona. The family wishes to extend thanks to all the medical staff who took such good care of Rose over the years; particularly Fresenius Dialysis, Dr. Reyes, Dr. Zayaat, Dr. Manavalan, and Dr. Mahida.
Visitation will be Saturday November 19, 2011 from 5-7 p.m. at The Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd. Fairfield, OH 45014. Prayers will be said at 7 p.m.
