Roxanna "Jean" Louise (Hobart) Seith

Roxanna Louise (Jean) Seith, 94, passed away, June 26th, 2024. She was born July 5th, 1929, to Mildred and Harry Hobart in Painesville, OH.

She graduated from Mentor High School in Mentor, OH in 1947, two years after World War II ended. The following year, she was married to Carl Roger Seith on May 15th, 1948, at Perry Christian Church in Perry, OH. They happily celebrated their 59th Wedding Anniversary in 2007.

She worked at Fairport Harbor Credit Union as the Manager for 45 years in Fairport Harbor, OH, “officially” retiring in 1994. Her hobbies included entertaining friends and family, baking fresh chocolate chip cookies and always having M&M’s within arm’s reach. She was granted eternal rest with the father; 10 days shy of her 95th birthday.

She was survived by her daughters, Roxanna Slack of Fairfield, OH, Diana (Robert) Tabar of Cincinnati; Grandchildren, Vincent Curiale, Trisha (Mark) Grisko, Derick Tabar; Great-Grandchildren, Colin Lafaye

A Celebration of Life gathering will be  2:00 – 4:00pm, Saturday, July 6th, 2024 at Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH   45014.
