In Loving Memory of Roy Glen Brown Jr.
October 9, 1935 – September 29, 2026
With heavy hearts and loving memories, we honor the life of Roy Glen Brown Jr., who passed away peacefully on September 29, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Roy lived a life centered around the things that mattered most to him: his family, his love for the Lord, and the joy of singing with his barbershop quartet. His faith guided him throughout his life, and his love for his family was at the heart of everything he did. Roy dearly loved his wife, Helen, who shared his life, his love, and so many precious memories. The love they shared will remain forever in her heart, and she will miss him beyond words. Roy was a loving father to his daughters, Debbie, Melody and her husband Gunter Sr. and Vicki and her husband, Kraig. His family continued to grow through the generations, bringing him tremendous pride and happiness. He was a cherished grandfather to Stephanie; Crystal and her fiancé, Mike; Shelby; and Chelsea and her husband, Rob and Gunter Jr. and wife Suzie. Roy was also blessed with great-grandchildren Cassie, Tyler, Rose, Rashelle, Trey, Konar, Mikhail, and Geoffrey, and great-great-grandchildren Leo and Logan. Roy’s voice may now be silent here on earth, but the love, laughter, faith, and music he shared throughout his life will continue to echo in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him. We will remember his devotion to his family, his faith in the Lord, and the happiness he found in music. Most of all, we will remember the love he gave so freely. Roy, you were deeply loved, and you will be deeply missed. Your song will forever live on in our hearts.
