Roy Herman Lewallen

LEWALLEN, Roy Herman

Age 94 of Loveland passed away December 24, 2021.  He was born July 29, 1927, in Elmwood Place, OH, the son of Edgar and Virda (Miller) Lewallen.  On August 2, 1945, Roy married Delilah M. (nee Watson) in Newport, KY and enjoyed 76 years of marriage, until her passing months before.  He had a deep faith in his Savior and his family, and will be missed by all who knew him.

He leaves behind his loving daughter Brenda (Laurel) Dick; grandfather of Lori (Michael) Smith; great-grandfather of 4: KatieBeth (Taylor) Bayko, Megan Smith, Hayden Smith and Delilah Smith; great-great-grandfather of Lyla Bayko.  Roy Herman was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Delilah; son, Eddie Lewallen; grandson, Scott Anthony Dick; brothers, Otis Lewallen and Jack Lewallen: and sister, Voicel Shepherd.  Visitation will be 12 p.m. -- until time of service (1:00 p.m.), Monday, January 3, 2022 at Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd.
