Ruth A. Donathan
February 15, 1930 — February 27, 2008
Age 78 of Liberty Township, formerly of Cincinnati passed away, Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born February 15, 1930 in Corbin, KY, the daughter of James and Clara (Redmon) Ridener.
Ruth enjoyed nothing more than being surrounded by her family, especially her precious grandchildren. She taught us to be one as a family, and this will help us carry on her legacy. Mom was our "Glue to bind us". We are forever thankful for the guidance, joy and love brought to each one of us. Our family will go on now, together as one, just as she prepared us. We are proud to call her our Mom, Grandma, Sister and Friend. May you rest in peace in God's hands, right where you belong!
She is forever loved and missed by her children, Michael, Marc, Matthew, Christopher and Michele; siblings, James Ridener, Darwin Ridener, Darlene Powell, and Evelyn McGinnis; grandchildren, Justen, Jennifer, Lisa, Michael, Kyla, Amanda, Marty, Samantha, Joey, Josh, Erin and Trisha; and great-grandchildren, Dominic, Kaitlyn, Anthony, Angelina, Brandon, Riley, Eva, and Anthony Blake. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Fred and Kenneth Ridener; and sisters, Joella Cook and Carol Vaughn.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. - until time of service (12 Noon), Monday March 3, 2008 at Avance Funeral Home& Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
