HELTON
Ruth, age 71, of Fairfield passed away on May 26, 2020. She was born on January 31, 1949 in Cincinnati to the late Walter and Mona McCarnan.
Ruth is survived by her husband, Kenneth; children, Kevin (Brandi) Helton and Stephanie (James) Lamperski; grandchildren, Megan, Michael, Derek, Josh, Ashley, and Jacob; great grandchildren, Alyssa, Millie, Nolan, Alberto, Oliver, Thomas, and Maggie; siblings, David (Gail) McCarnan, Steve (Alesia) McCarnan, Mark (Roberta) McCarnan, Mike (Shelli) McCarnan, Linda Reynolds, Janis Robinson, Karen (Clint) Shafer; numerous other family and friends.
Visitation will be Monday, June 1, 2020 from 11 a.m. until time of service at 12:30 p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield 45014. Interment will follow at Crown Hill Burial Park. Condolences may be offered at www.avancefuneralhome.com
