Ruth H., age 80, passed away on July 21, 2012. She is the beloved wife of the late Donald Schmidt; devoted mother of Donald (Jennifer) Schmidt, David Schmidt, Jennifer Schmidt, Jeffrey Schmidt, Christopher (Tina) Schmidt; loving grandmother of Elizabeth (Brandon) Rompies, Elise, Ian, Evan, David (Mindy), and Douglas Schmidt; great granddaughter Sloan. Also survived by her brothers, Robert Reese, Edward (Bertha) Reese and sister, Mae Grahl.
Ruth was preceded in death by her sister Martha Engle and her brother Charles Reese.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 26, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday July 27, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. St. Matthias the Apostle Catholic Church, 1050 West Kemper Rd., Forest Park, OH 45240.
