Salvatore A. Randazzo, age 82 of Hamilton passed away Tuesday July 13, 2004 at Ft. Hamilton Hospital. He was born May 10, 1922 in New York City, NY, the son of Salvatore and Theresa (Fedele) Randazzo. On November 24, 1947 he married Rosie Wagers in Detroit, MI. Salvatore was a veteran of the US Army, serving during WWII; worked at the Ford Motor Company for 27 years; and was a member of the Heartland Christian Centre Church.
He is survived by his wife, Rosie Randazzo; son Ernest Tester of Houston, TX; daughter Betty (James) Adams of Fairfield; sisters, Anna (Cornelius) Cronin of Bellevue, NY and Beatrice (John) Sialiano of Long Island, NY; 6 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. Salvatore was preceded in death by his parents; brother John Randazzo; sister Sophia Giamo; and great-grandson, Daniel Adams.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Friday July 16, 2004 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will also be Friday from 10 a.m. - until time of service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Heartland Christian Centre Church, 1951 Tuley Rd., Indian Springs, OH 45011.
