Samuel James Heath Jr

HEATH Samuel James Jr., age 89, of Cincinnati passed away on August 8, 2019. He was born on June 28, 1930 in Trenton, NJ to the late, Samuel James Sr. and Edna May Heath. On February 8, 1997 he married Sue Ann Hoppins (nee Peterson), she survives him. Sam is also survived by children, Rev. Dr. Bruce (Carolyn) Stevens, Debra (Daniel) Godsey, and Roy Greg (Rita) Hoppins; sister, Norma Jean Babanecz; numerous grandchildren; many great grandchildren; other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Alice Stevens Heath; sons, Mahlon Stevens, Carl Stevens; and his brother, Harold Heath.

Memorial service will be Friday, August 16, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow at Llanfair Chapel, 1701 Llanfair Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45224

Burial will follow at a later date in Jacobstown, NJ
