Scott Harris

Scott Harris, age 53 of Fairfield passed away Monday, May 31, 2004 at Hospice of Cincinnati - Blue Ash. He was born January 26, 1951 in Cincinnati, the son of Edward and Ruth (Schnell) Harris. On February 5, 1977 he married Marcia Okun in Hamilton. Scott worked as a Construction Deputy for the Butler County Engineers Department and was a member of the Executive Committee for the Republican Party. Scott was also a member of the Southwestern Ohio Conservation Club.

He will missed by his wife, Marcia Harris; daughter, Amber Harris; his father Edward Harris; brother, Mark (Ruth) Harris; mother and father in-law, John and Darla Okun; and brother and sister in-law, Greg and Pam Wilkens. He was preceded in death by his mother.

The family will like to give their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Hospice of Cincinnati for all of their care, comfort and support.

Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m., Thursday, June 3, 2004 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield.
