ADKINS, Sharon Gail (nee Stewart)

Sharon Gail Adkins (Stewart) Age 66 of Hamilton, passed away December 7, 2019. Sharon was a devoted member to Laurel Avenue Church of Christ. She loved her family dearly and spent time with them any chance she could. Sharon was born in Hazard, KY, October 23, 1953 to the late Jack and Frances (McDaniel) Stewart. Sharon is survived by her husband, Richard Adkins; two children Glenn (Jamie) Hibbard and Rhonda Mills; siblings Sue Stewart Supinger (the late Bryan) and Jackie Stewart; a special cousin, Charles (Pam) Campbell; five grandchildren, Aubrey Hibbard, Joey Mills, Shasta Meyers, Teona Surber, and Shayna Mills; nieces and nephews Chrissy (Mike) Sester, Stephanie Stewart Mason, Katie (Rich) Heidorn, Scotty Campbell and Krystle (Mark) Downie; several great nieces and nephews, as well as three great-great nephews; as well as several close friends whom she considered family. Sharon has always had a very special place in her heart for the entire Hibbard Family. Sharon is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Frances (McDaniel) Stewart, brother Larry L. Stewart, and nephew Eric Sparks. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Friday December 13, 2019 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH   45014.  Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Saturday, December 14 at the funeral home with Charles Anderson officiating.  Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens in Mt.
