McCabe Shawn L., age 48, of Fairfield passed away on December 14, 2015. She was born on April 26, 1967 in Hamilton. She is survived by her brother Michael (Cynthia) Hale; uncles, Jacob (Wanda) Doty and Jack (Andrea) Doty. A Memorial service will be held on Friday December 18, 2015 at 11 a.m. at St. Mark United Methodist Church, 4601 Fairfield Ave., Fairfield 45014 with Rev. Tammy Jo Reiser officiating.
