Shirlene Carlson

Age 69, of Fairfield, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2007 at Hospice of Cincinnati Blue Ash. She was born Febuary 14, 1937 in Sycamore, Illinois, the daughter of Pearl (nee Welander) Carlson and Henry Carlson. She retired in 1992 from American Airlines, where she worked as a travel reservations agent. She will be deeply missed by family and friends that knew her.
She is survived by her sister, Carolyn Burns of Michigan, and her dear friend Betty Jenkins.
Funeral services will be 7:00 p.m., Thursday, January 25, 2007 at Augsburg Lutheran Church, 11676 Hamilton Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45231. Visitation will be held at the church prior to the funeral service, starting at 5:00 p.m. Avance Funeral Home is serving the family. The family will accept condolences at www.avancefuneralhome.com.
