Stephen Mark Phillips, 60 of Fairfield passed away, Sunday, April 2, 2017 at the Mt. Healthy Christian Home in Cincinnati. Stephen was born, June 28, 1956 in Peebles, Ohio, the son of David and Shirley (Graham) Phillips. Stephen is survived by his Father, sister, Cheryl (Jeff) Lyle, nephews, J. David (Alison) Lyle and Reid Lyle, nieces, Abby Phillips, Aimee (Derek) Carter and Aubrey (Jimmy ) Vargas. Great nephews, Maxon Lyle and Brayden Vargas, Great nieces, Reagan Carter and Maren Lyle. Stephen had a special relationship with all his Aunts, Uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his Mother, brother, Timothy D. Phillips, Grandparents, David and Kathryn Phillips and Lucille Graham. A special thank you to the Butler County MRDD program for all their years of service to Stephen and our family!! The Visitation and Funeral will be held on Friday, April 7, 2017, Visitation: 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Funeral service: 7:00 P.M. held at the Fairfield Church of Christ, 745 Symmes Road, Fairfield, OH In Lieu of flowers a Memorial contribution can be made to the Pleasant Run Church of Christ, 2720 W.
