Steven E. Batty
July 13, 1953 — December 18, 2006
Age 53, of Fairfield, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2006. He was born in Seneca Falls, NY on July 13, 1953 and spent most of his adult life in Cincinnati, OH. He is survived by his wife, Beth, who he married on February 26, 2005 as well as his daughter, Jennifer Shultz, and his grandson, Colin Shultz. He is also survived and remembered by his mother, Barbara Batty, his father, Reginald Batty, his brothers, David Batty and Gary Batty, and many, many friends. He will be deeply missed by so many.
His family would like to send their heartfelt thanks to the nurses and doctors in the Cardiovascular Unit at Mercy Hospital Fairfield. It is their care, kindness and love that has made this very difficult time more bearable.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2007, 1:30PM at The New Church of Montgomery. Memorials may be made to the Cardiovascular Unit (CVU), c/o Heart Hospital Administrator, Mercy Hospital Fairfield, 3000 Mack Road , Fairfield, OH 45014.
