Age 74 of Brandon, FL, formerly of Fairfield passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at Brandon Regional Hospital. She was born May 7, 1932 in Minnie, KY the daughter of Elijah and Alma (Daniels) Mollett. On November 22, 1950 she married Hubert L. Davis in Prestonburg, KY.
Sylvia is survived by her sons, Danny (Jane) Davis of Ross, OH and Dean (Sherri) Davis of Okeana, OH; and daughter Debbie (Roger) Slavens of Brandon, FL; brothers, Lawrence Mullett of Greenhills, OH and Junior Mollett of West Van Lear, KY; sister, Carrie Mullins of Paintsville, KY; 5 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Hubert L. Davis on October 29, 2001.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield with Pastor Jess Fraley officiating. Entombment will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Life Path Hospice, 3010 West Azeele St., Tampa, FL 33609.
