O'LEARY
Tammy L. (nee Pendergrass), age 40 of Fairfield, passed away on March 22, 2012. She is beloved wife of Kevin O'Leary; much loved mother of Ryan and Allison; dear daughter of Robert and Patricia Pendergrass; sister of Chad (Natalie) Pendergrass.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at the Springdale Church of the Nazarene, 11177 Springfield Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45246. A celebration of her life will begin at 7 p.m.
