Terrance R. MD., age 59, of Fairfield passed away on February 23, 2016. He was born on January 1, 1957 in New Castle, PA to Ray and the late Willa Conti. Terrance is survived by his loving father, Ray; devoted siblings, Dan, Paul, Jim (Cyndy), and Linda (Jerry) Tucker; 4 nieces, 1 nephew, and friends. He is preceded in death by his mother and his brother Ray Jr. Visitation will be Monday February 29, 2016 from 10-11:30 a.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014.
