Timothy Rutherford – age 64 of Hamilton, passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021. He was born June 20, 1957, to James and Geneva Rutherford (nee Mcreary). On June 1, 1990, in Hamilton, Ohio, he married Stephanie Scranton who preceded him in death. Timothy was a veteran serving in the United States Marine Corps.
