Todd Wayne, age 46, of New Miami passed away on Tuesday March 21, 2017. He was born in Lakenheath, England on September 12, 1970 to Charles Gray and Linda Faye Stout Retherford. Todd graduated from New Miami High School; he was a veteran of the Navy during Desert Storm. Todd was a roofer and mostly known for doing tattoos. After he passed away he saved the life of 4 people by donating his organs.
Todd is survived by his children, Ellianna Mills and Connor Martin; brothers, Jason “Hooter” (Brandi Kirk) Gray of Middletown, Jason (Brook Kinkaid) Stites of Trenton, and Kevin Stites of New Miami; sister, Crystal Stites of Cincinnati; and his father and stepmother, Charles and Janelle Gray . He was preceded in death by his mother.
