Verlin Rose

Verlin Rose, age 78 of Fairfield passed away Sunday, May 16, 2004 at Hospice of Cincinnati-Blue Ash. He was born April 17, 1926 in Hamilton, the son of Verlin T. and Margaret (Briggs) Rose. Verlin worked for Champion International for 44 years before retiring in 1988. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Hamilton.

He is survived by his wife, Carol (Dulli) Rose; brothers, John and Robert Blankenship both of Tacoma, WA; brothers-in-law, Ken (Betty) Dulli of Fairfield and Ron (Tempie) Dulli of Fairfield Township; and sister-in-law, Mary Anne Dulli of Cincinnati. Verlin was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday May 19, 2004 at the First Baptist Church of Hamilton, 1501 Hamilton-Cleves Rd., Hamilton, OH 45013 with Dr. Dennis Metzger and Rev. William C. Brantingham officiating. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will also be Wednesday from 10 a.m. - until time of service at the Church.
