William M. Deaton
February 27, 1918 — March 13, 2006
William "Bill" Deaton, age 88 formerly of Fairfield passed away Monday March 13, 2006 at Eastern Kentucky Veteran's Center in Hazard, KY. He was born February 27, 1918 in Jackson, KY, the son of the late Lewis and Lena Deaton. On May 31, 1947 he married Lena Satchwill in Covington, KY. She later preceded him death. Mr. Deaton was a WWII Veteran, serving the in United States Army.
He is survived by sisters, Arminda Johnson of Hazard, KY and Callie Napier of Saldee, KY; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m., Thursday March 16, 2006 at Arlington Memorial Gardens, 2145 Compton Rd., Mt. Healthy, OH 45231. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Wednesday March 15, 2006 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield. Condolences may be sent at www.avancefuneralhome.com.
