Willis M. Walts, Jr.

Willis M. "Bill" Walts, Jr., age 86 of Fairfield passed away Saturday December 10, 2005 at Bethesda North Hospital. He was born December 22, 1918 in Cincinnati, the son of Willis M. and Georgia (Cole) Walts, Sr.. On September 28, 1956 he married Frances Louise Williams. Bill was a member of: Carthage Lodge No. 573 F. & A.M.; Valley of Cincinnati Scottish Rite; Shriner's; and Retired Teamster Local 100.

Bill is survived by his children, Dee Dee (Larry) Johnson, Jim (Maggie) Walts, Terie Walts, and Scott Walts; grandchildren, Candy Corbitt, Amy Logan, Jessica Walts, Caitlynn Head, Tomie Head and Michael Ashcraft; great-grandchildren, Ian, Riley, and Stephen; and 1 great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; and daughter, Muff Walts.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday December 14, 2005 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Tuesday December 13 also at the funeral home with Masonic Services beginning at 7:30 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Shriner's Burns Institute 3229 Burnett Ave., Cinti, OH 45229.
