Bobby Joe – age 81 of Hamilton passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2020.  He was born June 23, 1938 in Salyersville, KY, the son of the late Charles and Goldie Rice (nee Harper).  Bobby is survived by his children Rhonda Rice, Renee’ Jones, Robby (Carla) Rice and Randy (Brandy) Rice; grandchildren Jeremy, Dallas, Jennifer, Madison, Jordyn, Julius, Damon, Jessica, Branson and 13 great-grandchildren; also survived by numerous family and friends.  Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, grandsons Carlos Jones Jr. and Casey Fugate, numerous brothers and sisters and his wife Ruth Rice (nee Robertson).   Visitation will be held Thursday, February 27, 2020 at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, Ohio, 45014 from 1030AM until time of service (1130AM) with Pastor Cecil Day officiating.  Online condolences may be left for the family by visiting www.avancefuneralhome.com
