Donald William Dearmore

Donald William Dearmore passed away unexpectedly on July 26, 2023 in Fairfield, Ohio.  He was born August 18, 1947 in Berwyn, Illinois to Clovis and Marie Dearmore.  Don is survived by his wife of 49 years, Debra; his daughter Bethany and her husband Matthew Bayer;  his son Stephen and his wife Erin; the grandchildren who filled his life with love, laughter and a great sense of pride – Benjamin, Alaina and Camryn Bayer and Nathan and Emma Dearmore.  Don chose to marry Debra on his birthday so that he would never forget his wedding anniversary date.  Don was a very smart man.  Don retired from Mark Andy / UVT in Milford, Ohio.  He also did taxes at Bayer – Janicki Tax Preparers.  He really enjoyed helping people save money at tax time.  Don loved spending time at Norris Lake and enjoyed nights around the firepit, listening to Bluegrass music and participating in Bourbon “tastings”.  He made some very close and meaningful relationships with the “lake” people.  Donald Dearmore was a Vietnam veteran and very proud that when his country called, he served.  Services are private and at the convenience of the family.  Online condolences may be left for the family by visiting www.avancefuneralhome.com
