Donald Lee Young

Donald Lee – age 81 of Fairfield passed away on Friday, November 23, 2018.  He was born March 11, 1937 in Glendale, Ohio to the late Henry and Dora Young (nee Drake).  On February 8, 1961 in Cincinnati, Ohio he married his wife Shirley Lee Young (nee Nimon).  Donald worked for the US Post Service and was a lifelong member of Covenant Community Church.  He also worked part time for Mannheim Auto Auction.  Donald was a veteran of the US Navy.  He is survived by his wife Shirley; daughter Sharon (Robert) Stamper; grandchildren Steven Stamper and Rachael Stamper; also survived by numerous family and friends.  Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 10AM until time of service (12 Noon) at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH, 45014.  Darrell Stone to officiate.  Burial to follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions may be sent to the Wounded Warrior Project.
