Hallie E. Pickering – Age 82, of Cincinnati, OH passed away on Thursday, July 7th. Hallie was proceeded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, James (Jim) Pickering. She leaves behind three children and their spouses: Dawana (Jim) Dittgen, Becky (Scott) Cortner, Rob Pickering, Four grandchildren: Jason (Susy) Brunsman, Brad (Taylor) Brunsman, Amanda Brunsman (Jeff Neace), Audrey Pickering, Two great grandchildren: Gus Neace and Declan Brunsman. She also leaves behind three sisters and one brother, Susan (Dick) Martin, Margie (Ed) Mayer, Phyllis (Allen) Detwiller, James (Maxine) Turner, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
She was also proceeded in death by her father Charlie Turner and her treasured mother, Alice Turner, her brother and sisters, Nella (Jim) Harbin, Luther (Emma) Turner, Gladys Morgan, Nancy Smallridge, Sally (Laughton) Risner, Dorma (Bob) Ross, and Richard Pickering.
Hallie graduated from Hamilton High School and worked for First National Bank for more than 30+ years. She enjoyed holiday festivities with her family, and travelling with her husband Jim throughout the U.S. When not with her husband, she could be found spending time with her close group of friends, playing cards/travelling to many a destination. As an avid bowler for more than 30 years, she and her sisters could be found at Fairfield Lanes, and often taking the trophy home.
She loved and was loved alike. She lived a full and wonderful life. She will be missed.

Visitation will be held at Avance Funeral Home, Monday July 11th at 12pm, followed directly by a Funeral Service at 1pm.
