Family was everything to Helen. She was a loving mother to Jim Taylor (Fairfield, OH) and Sherry (Steve) Wilder (West Chester, OH). She was “Granny” to her grandchildren who provided joy throughout her life: Bradley (Alex) Wilder (Loveland, OH); Brittany Wilder (Columbus, OH); Blake Wilder (West Chester, OH) and was thrilled to be a “Great-Granny” to Claire Wilder.
Helen graduated from Lincoln High School and attended the University of Nebraska. Fairfield has been home to Helen for 49 years. During that time, she enjoyed her work at the Butler County Board of Education where she retired in 1988. Helen and her husband were active members of Lindenwald United Methodist Church where they made many wonderful friends. The most treasured moments in her life have been the times she spent with family which was witnessed by the hundreds of school events, sports games, dance classes, and family gatherings that she attended over the years. She was happiest with family!
