James Walter – age 71 of Cincinnati passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021. He was born August 23, 1949 in South Charleston, West Virginia to the late James Walter Lotshaw Sr. and Mildred Lotshaw (nee Christian). He is survived by his children James W. Lotshaw III and Mary Lotshaw. James is preceded in death by his first wife Barbara and second wife Phyllis; his brother Herman and sisters Dorothy and Jo Alice. Visitation will be held Saturday, April 17, 2021 from 9:30 A.M. until time of service (10:30 A.M.) at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH, 45014 with Pastor Cecil Day officiating.
