John D., age 88 of Fairfield passed away on October 17, 2012 at Hospice of Hamilton. John is the beloved husband of Dorothy M. (nee Boyer); loving father of Vicki (Paul) Long, Raymond (Barbara) Talbot, John (Carol) Talbot, Gary (Nancy) Talbot, Gail (Richard) Presutto, Denis (Dona) Talbot, Barry (Barbara) Talbot; dear grandfather of 15 and great grandfather of 12. He is also survived by his sister in law Lillian (Orville) Sneed.
John worked at Alcoa as a Technical Field Service- Quality Control for 35 years until his retirement in 1986.
Visitation will be Sunday October 21, 2012 from 5-7 p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014. Funeral services will be Monday at 1 p.m at the funeral home with Pastor Gerry Sadai officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Hamilton, 1010 Eaton Ave., Hamilton, OH 45013.
