ZELLER
Peggy Ann – eighty two years of age, passed away on January 20th, 2021. Fort Hamilton Hospital, Hamilton Ohio. Peggy was born March 3rd, 1938, in Hamilton, Ohio to the late Frank and Bertha (Back) Murphy. She was the third child of five siblings, all whom survive her. Peggy married Jack Zeller on June 6th, 1959 and remained married for 25 years until Jack’s passing in 1984. Peggy spent almost her entire working career with Judge Randy Rogers. Judge Rogers helped bring Peggy to the Lord. He remained a friend, confidant and spiritual rock through her final days. In her later years, Peggy spent time tap dancing, playing the dulcimer and serving with the Red Cross. A lover of things outdoors, she would spend time in the barn or in the yard. She would plant flowers, pull weeds, or toss hay bales for her horses and alpacas. Peggy used to say “The mountains are calling.” When the opportunity arose, the pull to wander the mountains and forests would draw her in. It brought her joy and happiness. Peggy was a loving mother to Daniel, Debra, Dave, and Douglas. A grandmother to seven and a great-grandmother (Mimi) to one. Her legacy of love, laughter, and family will live on through them. It will also endure in her many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Before her passing Peggy wrote her children the following:
If God takes me home with him, rejoice for me.
If God sends me home with you, rejoice for us.
Love each other as I have loved all of you.
Forgive as I have been.
Miss me, but not unnaturally long.
Live your lives with fun and joy.
You are my treasures!
Love to all my family everywhere. Me!
