Robin Bennett - Floyd

BENNETT - FLOYD
Robin – Age 60 of Hamilton, passed away Saturday, April 17, 2021.  She was born at home on September 11, 1960 in Douglas, Georgia to the late Frank Styles and Georgia Mae Bennett.  She received her education in Douglas at Coffee High School.  Robin was mostly a homemaker but held many creative jobs such as cooking for different organizations and babysitting the children of young mothers in need.  In 1979 she married Larry Floyd, to whom she was married until 2003, with Larry preceding her in death in 2006.  Robin was creative and talented in so many areas such as cooking, sewing, hair and decorating but her biggest and best gift was making you laugh and commanding a room.  Laughter seemed to follow her.  She was extremely loving, and loved by any and all who met her.  She, with Willie Coates, had only one child, Biuacca, and helped raise her nephew, Jerro Debro, whom she considered to be her own son.  She leaves behind her daughter Biuacca (Jagdeo) Singh; grandchildren Isaiah, Braxton, Samadhi, Joshua and Pria Singh and Aniya Coley; siblings Gwinnett Bennett, Linda Gordon, Stacius Ellison, James Daniel (Cassandra) Bennet, Johnny (Grace) Bennett and Gregory Harris; also survived by numerous family and friends.  Robin was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, George and Richard Bennett.  Visitation will be Saturday, April 24, 2021 from 10AM until time of funeral service (12 Noon) at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH, 45014.  Elder Derrick Brown to officiate with Eulogy reading by Deon Hunter.  Online condolences may be left for the family by visiting www.avancefuneralhome.com
