Thomas Lee Tucker, age 75, died at home July 29, 2021. Tom was born December 13, 1945, to Edward and Edith Haley Tucker and grew up on Layhigh Road. He was an insurance salesman and managed data centers for many years. He served his country in the army in Germany during the Vietnam war, attaining the rank of Sergeant. In later years, he enjoyed reunions with his army buddies. He and Margie traveled to Florida, Colorado and the Canadian Rockies and visited many of our National Parks. Tom had a sharp wit and great sense of humor, which others who knew him enjoyed. He is missed already and survived by Marjorie "Margie" Menche, brothers Ray and Larry (Pam) Tucker, two step daughters, Melody Frost of Fairfield and Robin (Chris) Fischer of Homer, Alaska, other relatives and friends. Preceded by his parents, a brother, Bob Tucker, step daughter, Paige Menche, and a good friend, Paul Gooding. Tom was a member of West Side Baptist Church where he taught the men's class in Bible study. AND HE LOVED THE LORD!
Memorials may be made to West Side Baptist Church, 154 Gordon Ave., Hamilton, Ohio 45013. A memorial service will be on August 8 at 3PM at West Side.
